- Check-in time is 3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

- Deposit - Refund - Payment Policies
- A deposit of 50% or the amount of one night's stay, whichever is greater, must be received within 10 days of date reservation is made.
- Confirmation of reservation is made upon receipt of the deposit.
- A nonpayment of deposit will result in cancellation without notice.
- If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we will gladly refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, as long as we receive notice at least 14 days prior to your arrival. Sorry, 14 day notice does not apply to holiday weekends and Christmas Prelude. If a last minute cancellation is necessary, we will refund your deposit, less a $35 cancellation fee, as long as we are able to rent to another party for the length of your original reservation.
- The balance is due on the day of arrival.

- A two-night minimum stay for most weekends is required.
- For the comfort of our guests, the Captain Seth Bryant Guest Suite is completely smoke free. A $200 cleaning fee may be added to room charges if we find there has been smoking in the suite.
